How To Turn On And Off?

Turn On

Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Turn Off

Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the multifunction touch sensor on both earbuds for about a couple of seconds.

How To Pair The Earbuds?

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

When a red and blue/red light starts flashing in one of the earbuds, it means that they will be ready to pair with any device.

Step 2: Unlock the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 5: Search for a new device.

Step 6: Select the i12 or TWS earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the flashing light on the earbud will turn off, and the pairing will be done.

To Windows (PC)

How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How To Reset And Re-Pair These Earbuds?

NOTE: To ensure a good result, make sure that the earbuds are fully charged.

Step 1: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 2: Delete the i12 or TWS earbuds from the devices’ Bluetooth list.

Step 3: Turn off Bluetooth on the device.

How To Change The Language?

Step 1: Make sure that the charging case and the earbuds have battery.

Step 5: After a few seconds, press the multifunction touch sensor 4 times.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.
2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.
3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.
2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

My right earbud keeps auto shutting off but isn’t dead. The only way to turn it back on is to place it back in its case and remove.

My i12’s are working perfectly it’s doing everything it’s suppose to do. I was wanted to buy a decent pair of buds and the i12’s only for a test, but I’m so pleased with them I think I’ll stay with them for now. I’m using a Galaxy A12 phone

Thw TWS i12 Earpods are not on automatically when I on the charging case. No indicator show in both earpods after removing from charging case. And I can not pair the earpods with my Oppo F17 phone. After long press the sensor of earpods it will not on or not any other indication.

I guess you get what you pay for. Piece of crap. Instructions are horrible. Only one side works. Trashing it.

Hi, my inpods themselves work but the charging case does not. I found that if you take one pod out to pair, only that one pairs. I put them back to charge and made sure I pulled them both out to start the pairing process. Hope this helps.

I tried to do the first charge with the pods in the charging box. The blinking orange light came in but it never shut off to tell me it was fully charged. I had it charging for 10 hours and the orange light still hasn’t shut off. How do I know if the case is fully charged if the light never stops blinking?

Yeah same situation witj my airpods. If the led light is not blinking it means it is fully charged. Base on my experience. When i try to use it the bar percentage has already 100% full. So means if your charging box is permanently show the led light and not blinking, your device is full. Some of their products are not the same tapping tricks. Hope you understand my comment.

Try this method:
1. Unpair the TWS from the device
2. Place TWS buds in case
3. Take the left TWS out
4. Wait for the prompt in Chinese, tap the bud 4 times
5. Place back in the case
6. Do the same for the right one.

It depends on the TV. Some have Bluetooth that only connects to the keyboard and mouse. While some support external speakers and earbuds.

Isn’t that infamous about these earbuds and design type. I suggest grabbing earbuds with different-sized ear tips. Edifier X3, Fiil X1 Lite are some great examples.

Hi. Great article very informative. Sorry this is so long but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible. I have the inPods 12. They are touch controlled with True Wireless stereo V5.0. The problem I’m having is that I can’t get the right inPod to pair. It powers on and both lights flash back and forth from red to blue (just like any Bluetooth device Ive ever owned does when its in pairing mode) but it never connects, it just powers off after awhile (auto shut off I assume). I can tap three times on either inPod and it will change from English to Chinese or vise versa. I can also hear the power off and power on prompts when the functions are used. When I take them both out of the case they both light up with the flashing lights but never sync together. If I open blue tooth on my iPhone, inPods12 is listed and if I connect to it only the left one will work. Is there a way to manual reset them to factory defaults in case there’s pairing info saved in there that I can’t delete? I’m thinking this was a returned item because when I opened them after I bought them I noticed the charging cable twist tie wasn’t on the cable I think someone might have paired with them before I bought them and I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me how to reset them. I had that problem once you just have to stick the other earbud in and make it charge then shove the other back in the right hole ik it sounds weird but that’s how you fix it

It could be that the earbud is able to detect charging but isn’t able to charge that is why when you take it out it doesn’t go into pairing mode because the battery is dead. I’m afraid that’s a circuit problem in the earbud (most common in cheap Chinese tws earphones). There’s no solution to it, but either return the product or fix it yourself.
